We stayed in a Camping Le Ruisseau, near Bidart (nearest village - Beautiful!!!) and Biarritz (nearest Large town/city), We mobile homed it then, so this may not be appropriate, but however... The campsite was OK, a few disappointments such as a smelly public toilet shower block. The man in the shop, who we nicknamed Pavarotti because he was always singing and very much similar stature, was ignorant at times and the office crew wouldn't work off a battery!!! The shop did have nice cakes and bread. However, our biggest gripe was the tour company we went with. It wasn't Keycamp. but it was Irish. We wrote them a letter, which remains unanswered, and we never went with them again. The local area is just beautiful and Bidart was a wonderful village with a lot of history. The beaches were great too with warm water and massive waves....
