I found the card for this site in my glovebox in the camper whilst sorting some stuff out - as I said we stayed there last September on our first night in our Benimar....I am not sure if they are open all year or not - I've asked the question as I'd certainly go back again - especially if they have done the extension works etc...watch this space!

Stayed here again last Saturday night - the statics were empty, one other motohorhome and a touring caravan on the site. Peaceful spot - the DeRoistis smokehouse just down the road gave us a terrific meal again and live music to boot - bit of a glue pot and glad we didn't have to rush home Sunday...Sean at Stonepark popped over for a catch up and natter before we left - all good!
Stayed here for the first time on Sunday night, there has been no charges to the site based on Aaron’s first report. It’s a lovey site, there were 2 camper vans and 2 caravans on the grass. We had a bit of an issue on the grass and got bogged in, thanks to Dave one of the caravaners who gave me a tow, and Seán allowed me to park at the bottom of the roadway near the last static mobile home. Seán is a very nice and helpful chap and was telling me all about his plans for the adjacent field. I gave him a few helpful suggestions that he liked.
We went to the smoke house for dinner and a few drinks, it’s a lovely place with very large food portions.
One piece of useful advice if you are planning to visit this site is go to exit 26 on the M7 motorway and follow the N52 towards Nenagh, travel around the Nenagh bypass towards Borrisokane, through the town and take a left and follow the signs for Ballinderry.
We had a really lovely time here really quiet and an opportunity to chillax and recharge the batteries. WE WILL BE BACK.
