This is another council run campsite in a wooded Park. I have wanted to come for years and here we are.
The campsite is small with around 30 hard stands with hook up, 3 glamping pods & a large tent area.
£24 a night including hook up for Charlie & Me, the pitch needed levelling chocks but was a nice size. The loo/shower blocks are small but well maintained and clean.
The grey water disposal area needs signage or some kind of marking on the road as it is just a shower on a pathway at a junction.... We had to ask a staff member where it was.
I notice the sites we have reviewed so far up NTH all the pitches had grey water showers on the pitch which suits caravans more than MH.
There are food trucks on site slao.
There is plenty to do on this site regarding outdoor activities like walking and there's LOADS or cycle tracks including some great Off Road tracks for BMXing
All in all a nice site and I'm glad we made the trip, but to really appreciate what the site has to offer check out their website first.
