We stayed here for one night during the week. (7th Aug 20) The site was fully booked we had booked on line a few weeks in advance.

The site has hard stands (some in shade) with & without grass at the side.

There are areas for tents with & without hook up.
Theres a slide & swing for the little ones.

The loo block is dated but clean and had COVID restrictions in place. The site staff managed the COVID end of things very well.

It was €25 for us with EHU & a car.

The only thing I didnt like about this site and it's a little thing is The Bins or lack of on site you have to walk 3quaters of the way back out the drive in to get to the bins spot... A few bins near reception or the loo block would have been nice but in saying that we really enjoyed our stay.

Spiddal is a great spot with shops bars crafty spots and loads of beach front. Its about a 10 to 15min drive to Galway so a great site for that alone.

We stayed here a night 5 years ago - owners and management were rude and officious - we were charged for a roll out fiamma canopy as an awning and woke up to new arrivals shoe horned in between pitches. Not for us and will not be back - would rather wild camp on the pier!
