First time here in Lakeside Caravan & Camping Park I love it. It's rite by the lake has a restaurant on site although it's closed due to COVID 19.

Each pitch has water and electric hook up, there's loads of bins and the loo & shower block although a bit dated its very clean.

If you like water activities this is the place for you & the family.

€31 a night a wee bit expensive but it seems to be the new norm lately ....

I think we will be back next season.

Hi Aaron,

As a caravanner i'm interested to know it is a dedicated water point for each pitch? Not such an issue for motorhomes because of the onboard tanks but I'm thinking this year of using the facilities on board so not relishing the thought of dragging an aquaroll around the site every day. What about grey water drainage - is that also available per pitch?
And last question - are there green areas beside the hardstands for awnings etc?

Hi Tourer

The water points are in the middle of two pitches the pitches have cement for a caravan & car and there is grass on front and to the sides of each pitch suitable for awnings in face most of the caravans here have awnings out. there seems to be a drainage shore on most hard stands however there are 2 "motorhome" grey water disposal bays with fresh water points.

I will have a video up on our YouTube channel in 3 weeks so keep an eye out for it.
