So we have been back to Lynders twice & I brought Deirdre on one of those occasions, she loved it, the weekend we were there the weather was mostly nice and we got to do the walk into Donabate it was beautiful.

Now Charlie & Me are back for a revisit review as changes have been made in a few months of our last visit in May its now July 2023

Changes like..
#1. Motorhome service bay has been enlarged & tared with better access to water drains
#2. Toilet block 1 made bigger with showers added
#3. Toilet block 2 disabled & baby changing room loo added
#4. also on that block the campers kitchen has been modernised& washers & a dryer have been added
#5. The round was 9 grass pitches is now 21 LARGE tared pitches with 10 electric hook up

#6. Free Wifi
and finally #7 A new playground for the children.....

All this however has come at a cost since our first visit its now €34 a night for a pitch with up to 4 people it was €32 !!!!!!

Hi All, after watching the Charlie & Me reviews, we decided to give Lynders a try last weekend... while we enjoy "wild camping" and using Aires, wow Lynders was just a treat, a clean, well laid out, so very secure. Only 30 mins from where we live too, but we might have been in a different country, so quiet and peaceful and so friendly.. Access to the beach is a stones throw away and straight from the site itself. Weather was so lovely at the weekend, we walked from the site to the village via the beach as the tide was out, enjoyed a couple of drinks and food in the local and picked up a few bits in the village shop before a gentle stroll back. The site has a strict noise policy from 10pm to 8am and it was very much adhered too.. lovely nights sleep, all the facilities including a new campers kitchen and upgraded shower block. Will definately be back for one of those short random break aways when we can and would highly recommend to all others, campers, motorhomes, caravanners and tennters..

Had a quick run up to Lynders just before Christmas, and this is a gem of a campsite, exactly as Aaron and ChateauDucato97 had described.  I spoke to them at the holiday show last year in the RDS and explained that some sites restrict entry early on a Friday evening, and this proves problematic as I can't leave Donegal until after work and then being subjected to Friday evening traffic, which would result in me arriving around the 9.30(ish) timeframe.  This proved to be no problem for Lynders with their ANPR system, and they went on to advise which pitch would suit me best with the length of my rig.  A faultless first trip and a campsite that I hope to visit many times in the future. Everything and every member of staff that I encountered that weekend was top-class. I would highly recommend Lynders.

Great Site, and very handy for anyone travelling this year to sports or music events in Dublin as they have a bus service into the city.

cant wait to get back there for a few days over 2025

Their new site in Roosky is as good and will be better when they build the toilet blocks ......
