The August holiday weekend saw a fantastic crowed in Nagle's with the park almost full :)

As always the staff on our arrival were very polite & helpful.

The only thing letting this park down is the lack of soap in the wash rooms !!! & my pet hate having to pay for showers however at only €19 for 2 adults a dog and unit it well worth it !!!!!!!

The playground is fantastic, safe and a good size to keep the children busy for hours.

One of the top 10 sites in Ireland and we rate it 8 / 10

This was our 1st time @ Nagels & i have to say we loved it... We stayed here for St Patrick's weekend 2013. Upon arrival the owner was very friendly & informative... The views from the site are amazing. The facilities are excellent, kitchen & bathrooms kept very clean. The surrounding area is well looked after ! Gift shops & fabulous restaurants only a short walk away... Great for kids as there is a well kept playground. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins in the harbor too which for me topped our stay off beautifully :)

I would rate this 8/10

We spent a few days in Nagles this week and as usual we had a great time. It's great to see a campsite that makes improvements every year and the addition of the games room this year is great. The site was full every night which shows that a well run campsite will attract customers and not just at weekends.

Large, level pitches, tarmac roads, great playground, electricity, water and drain on every hard-standing, clean bathrooms and a fantastic location. This site has just about everything you could ask for and on top of that we got a reduction on the advertised price.

One piece of advice - ring ahead if you are planning to stay here as we arrived at 3:30 on a Monday and were lucky to get a pitch.

Stayed here for 2 nights over the May Bank holiday weekend, 2016.

Perfect base for the Cliffs of Moher and the famous Gus O'Connors Pub is walking distance, (at a push !)
The ferry to the Aran Islands is 5 minutes walk from your pitch.

Campsite was around a third full when we arrived and checked in, picked out a nice spot and then we headed off to the Cliffs of Moher for a few hours. When we got back the place was nearly full ! I'd say it was 90% full for both nights we stayed.

I was disappointed with the showers/toilet facilities; Not that there was anything especially bad or wrong, just that they were not as depicted in the website ! Oh, and there was still no soap in the dispensers at the sinks in the toilets !

The "fully serviced pitch" was just alright. Needed ramps to get level. There was a tap and a drain, but the drain was simply the end of a 4 inch waste pipe level with the concrete, so a little difficult to empty anything into. I expected the usual square drain with tapered/sloped edges, so that you could empty a waste-master without it spilling out.

All in all it was fine. Served its purpose. The online booking was a good idea.

We had another fantastic stay in Nagles this August Bank Holiday weekend and the place was packed to the rafters and yet the site and toilets were spotless and fresh throughout the whole weekend.

Well done Ken & crew
